Nutrition

Nutrition The future of your health is determined by your eating habits.
Food plays a key role in human health at various stages of life, with doctors constantly monitoring their patients’ health observing improvements in patients’ health as a result of changing their diet and eating healthy foods.

Food is like medicine; it not only resists disease but also strengthens the immune system and reduces the chances of developing diseases common in our time, such as heart disease, cancers, diabetes and obesity.

Al Kindi Hospital has taken it upon itself to establish the Nutrition Department, one of the hospital’s supportive and vital medical departments, which plays a key role in completing the hospital’s medical care cycle.
