- If your condition becomes worse in the waiting room, please tell the nurse immediately.
- Avoid eating or drinking without asking your doctor or supervising nurse, as this may affect the results of the tests or procedures you will perform, delaying the care needed for you.
- Avoid taking medication in the waiting area, unless you have prior approval from the doctor or supervising nurse.
- Do not leave the treatment room without telling primary care nurses.
- Please commit to wearing a mask for the duration of your stay on the hospital campus and emergency department for your safety and the safety of others.
- Help reduce the spread of germs by washing your hands regularly using soap or hand sanitizer available in all hospital corridors.
We recommend that you go immediately to the emergency department in case:
- Feeling tight or pain in the chest
- Shortness of breath
- Severe abdominal pain
- Chronic headaches that do not respond to treatment or a sudden severe headache.
- A wound that may require stitching or bone fractures.
- Feeling one of the following symptoms: mental confusion, loss of consciousness or concentration, loss of balance, symptoms of anaphylaxis accompanied by swelling of the tongue, lips or throat, numbness in one limb, arrhythmia, spasms, severe vomiting, blood in stool, overdose and others.
